Restau­rant in the Hotel Karpfen­schänke

In its idyl­lic loca­tion by Lake Pin­nower See, the restau­rant is the ideal place from which to enjoy the land­scape at any time of year – from the large ter­race high above the lake in the sum­mer and through the spa­cious win­dows of the din­ing area in the area. Guests can indulge in dishes inspired by the tra­di­tional local cui­sine. The ingre­di­ents come mainly from the region, such as the game caught by local hunters or the carp that gives the restau­rant its name, which is caught by fish­er­men from the Schlaube­tal val­ley. Home-made cakes and gateaus are served at cof­fee time.
The kitchen is happy to take account of spe­cial wishes for veg­e­tar­ian or vegan dishes. Food can also be spe­cially pre­pared for guests who are gluten- or lac­tose-intol­er­ant. Younger guests can choose from their own menu. The restau­rant has 80 seats in all. The sep­a­rate Hunt­ing Room, with its own access to the ter­race, can be booked for small groups.
