The rus­tic Amer­i­can atmos­phere invites you to stay a while, and brings together a range of indi­vid­ual details in one har­mo­nious mix of styles. Along­side its clas­sic Amer­i­can cui­sine fea­tur­ing ham­burg­ers and steak dishes, Spe­icher No. 1 also serves an excit­ing and unique selec­tion of drinks and cock­tails. The beef served is sourced exclu­sively from Land­fleis­cherei Proschim.  
The phi­los­o­phy at Spe­icher No. 1 is that guests can enjoy an unfor­get­table evening with freshly pre­pared dishes, inge­nious cock­tails in a cool envi­ron­ment, and alter­nat­ing live music. There is also a beer gar­den for when the weather is nice.
