Sur­vival train­ing at the F60 vis­i­tor mine

Emer­gency sit­u­a­tions usu­ally arise unex­pect­edly, with an over­whelm­ing degree of unpre­dictabil­ity, often very quickly and can cause pro­found cuts in life or health. Char­ac­ter­is­tic is a strong imbal­ance between the nec­es­sary mea­sures and the time avail­able, often also caused by the lack of avail­able per­son­nel and mate­r­ial. In this course, the nec­es­sary knowl­edge and expe­ri­ence can be gained in order to more quickly grasp and analyse emer­gency sit­u­a­tions in the wilder­ness, to apply the right mea­sures at the right time and thus to sur­vive the emer­gency sit­u­a­tion with the best pos­si­ble chances.

In our 5-hour sur­vival course we teach you basic sur­vival skills and give you the oppor­tu­nity to imme­di­ately deepen this knowl­edge in prac­ti­cal exer­cises. We focus on the most basic sur­vival tech­niques.
Course con­tents: Sur­vival basics, self-moti­va­tion, emer­gency man­age­ment, heat reg­u­la­tion, water purifi­ca­tion, fire gen­er­a­tion, build­ing emer­gency shel­ters, ori­en­ta­tion.

Dur­ing the 3-day sur­vival train­ing we will set up a cen­tral sur­vival camp, teach you the nec­es­sary sur­vival tech­niques in the­ory and prac­tice and explore the sur­round­ings dur­ing the course.
No pre­vi­ous expe­ri­ence is nec­es­sary. We respond indi­vid­u­ally to your level of out­door expe­ri­ence and your desire to expe­ri­ence the lim­its.
